Technicalities aside, let's just say it's been surprisingly complicated and challenging getting downloads to work reliably on both iOS 13.x and 14.x. Please can I ask that if you do experience problems and get error messages and you're willing to help me try and fix the problem(s), please make a note of the *exact* message - this really helps me zone-in on specific issues.
