The volume will immediately be applied to all items in the Playlist. You can navigate left and right through the mixer using the left/right arrows. Mixer Lock will remain enabled, but volumes won't be applied until you tap or adjust a fader - meaning you don't have to worry about it setting volumes while you're just navigating through the faders.
