iOS Musician Apps (222) Instrument Type is Synth

BLEASS Granulizer generates short samples (‘grains’) from different input signals by modulating different parameters which you can visualize thanks to a 3D Visualizer.

Esoteric Synth is a unusual generator of synthetic sound events. The synthesis is based on 5 oscillators which are intersected through an multiple amplitude modulation and multiple frequency modulation making  an high sound variability. This App is suitable to generate complex sound textures, glitches, noises, sound clouds, sound drones, point sounds and more.

With the special lightweight version of SynthScaper LE you can easily create and modify your own multi-timbral pads and atmospheric soundscapes.

Hexaglyphics is a 13-bit noise generator with an interface based on an original alphabet for hexadecimal values.

NFM is an intuitive FM synthesizer with a streamlined interface.

Morphing waves technology for great space sounds.

Unique synth with AUV3 (Audio Unit) and midi keyboard support. You can touch and change the wave and hear the difference.

The sound generator inside the synthesizer is producing the exact wave form as the one you have created.

Ruismaker is a unique drumsynth plugin (i.e. it does not use samples), which is coupled with a creative Euclidean sequencer when run in standalone mode.

Ruismaker FM's simple, yet flexible synthesis engine lets you create anything from snaredrums, kickdrums and spacy toms to weird and unconventional percussive sounds and effects.

Electro-Harmonix, a pioneer since 1968 in the field of sound effects pedals for musicians, has produced an app which is a faithful digital re-creation of their circa 1980 analog cult-classic, The MINI-SYNTHESIZER.

Scythe is a new iPad synthesizer that makes designing new sounds easier than ever before.

Each of the 2 oscillators offers a selection of 5 waveforms: sawtooth and pulse waves are here, along with noise, triple saw and triple FM waves. There's also an additional sub-oscillator strapped into the master section for added oomph.

Crystal Synth XT is a full featured semi-modular synthesizer, ideally suited to creating lush evolving soundscapes.

Jasuto is the modular synthesizer for the iDevices.

Voice bot is a real time channel vocoder.

Shape is a polyphonic synthesiser allowing the user to draw the shape of the oscillator waveform.

Strng is a string synthesiser inspired by the karplus-strong alghorithm. The physical modelling starts with a short burst of noise that then guided by a tuned delay buffer and string tension filter, generates plucked string like sounds.

SKIIID is a new drum-synthesizer with 4 expressive pads and the possibility to morph between them.

The BLEASS sidekick AUv3 is the world's first iOS AUv3 effect plugin that offers a kick drum synth and sequencer coupled with a sidechain compressor in order to bring unique and creative dynamics to your music!
