Decent Sampler

Did you ever wish you could use professional quality sample libraries on your mobile device? Now you can! The Decent Samples plugin is a sample player that allows you to use your favorite Decent Samples sample libraries on the go (as well as SF2s, SFZs, and EXS files). Many of the most popular Decent Samples releases are available through the app with more being added every week.

Because it's also an AUv3 plugin, you can use it from within GarageBand or with AUM.

This update adds transposing, a true monophonic "return to the held note", and release samples that depend on how long a key was held, and fixes automation when exporting audio. New - Transpose. A new Transpose setting in MIDI Settings shifts the keys you play by up to four octaves. It is saved with your song and in snapshots. - Return to a held note. In monophonic libraries, letting go of the note that is sounding can now go back to a key you are still holding, the way a mono synth does. - Smoother glides. Libraries can now glide a monophonic note to its new pitch without restarting it. - More expressive libraries. Release samples can depend on how long a key was held, groups can be limited to MIDI channels, and libraries can vary each note's start point and timing. Improved - Very large libraries install. Libraries bigger than 4 GB, or with more than 65,535 files, now install correctly. Fixed - Automation and MIDI CC changes are now applied when you export audio from your host. Before, they could arrive late or not at all. - Free-running LFOs no longer restart on every new note. - Release samples now fade by the right amount when exporting audio. - The file browser now picks up changes to a library's name and cover art, and keeps them when you move or rename it. - The value shown while you drag a knob is now easy to read.
